As with any new exercise, you should check with your Doctor if you have any concerns regarding your health. Take a look at the Health Questionnaire and, if you have answered yes to any of the questions, please talk to your doctor before coming along.
Please let me know before class if you have any injuries, health conditions or if you are pregnant so that I can suggest alternative postures if appropriate.

Wear loose comfortable clothing which will not restrict your movement.
In cold weather, bring an extra layer of clothing or even a light blanket for extra warmth during our relaxation.
Studio mats are provided but you may prefer to bring your own if you have one. Mats are also available to buy.
For comfort, try to avoid eating a large meal before attending a session, a small snack is fine.
