As the 3rd Covid 19 lockdown continues, I’m unable to offer face to face classes.
I have a timetable of Zoom sessions so that you can continue to practise with me.
They include plenty of options so that you can choose a more or less challenging practice.
I’m continuing 2 weekly, short, guided relaxations which are free of charge and open to everyone.
