My mixed ability classes include postures (asana) which will stretch and strengthen your body, breathing exercises (pranayama) to help calm your body and focus your mind and a short relaxation. The classes are tailored to suit the group and are not competitive – I will always encourage you to work at your own level.
Beginners classes are as above but include a less challenging practice
Chair based classes are suitable for everyone but may suit older yogis or those with limited movement, strength or flexibility
You need to book your place at some classes (see notes on the timetable) but you’re welcome to drop-in to any of the others
Personalised one to one and corporate sessions are also available.
As the 3rd Covid 19 lockdown continues, I’m unable to offer face to face classes.
I have a timetable of Zoom sessions so that you can continue to practise with me.
They include plenty of options so that you can choose a more or less challenging practice.
I’m continuing 2 weekly, short, guided relaxations which are free of charge and open to everyone.
