Timetable

My mixed ability classes include postures (asana) which will stretch and strengthen your body, breathing exercises (pranayama) to help calm your body and focus your mind and a short relaxation. The classes are tailored to suit the group and are not competitive – I will always encourage you to work at your own level.

 

Beginners classes are as above but include a less challenging practice

 

Chair based classes are suitable for everyone but may suit older yogis or those with limited movement, strength or flexibility

At the moment, you need to book your place for all face-to-face classes.
Personalised one to one and corporate sessions are also available.

Notice

Most Covid restrictions have now been lifted and it’s great to be back teaching face to face, but I’d like everyone who joins us at YWJ to feel welcome and comfortable. For the time being, I’m still restricting class numbers so that we don’t get overcrowded and I ask you to be kind and allow others some space. If you wish, continue to wear a face covering as you arrive and leave, removing them once you’re on your mat.

 

Please continue to book all classes by email and pay in advance – your place is only secured once I receive your payment.

If you’re unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can offer your place to someone else

 

If you experience any Covid symptoms, please do not attend.
