Timetable

Yoga with Jools will be re-starting after the summer break on 3rd September. Please keep up to date via my social media and look out for email updates.  

 

My face-to-face classes include postures (asana) which will stretch and strengthen your body, breathing exercises (pranayama) to calm your body and mind and a short relaxation. My classes are tailored to suit the group and are not competitive – I will always encourage you to work at your own level.

 

Chair based classes are suitable for everyone but may suit older yogis or those with limited movement, strength or flexibility

Personalised one to one and corporate sessions are also available.

I have mats available – please let me know if you’d like to borrow one so I can bring it along.
