My face-to-face classes include postures (asana) which will stretch and strengthen your body, breathing exercises (pranayama) to calm your body and mind and a short relaxation. My classes are tailored to suit the group and are not competitive – I will always encourage you to work at your own level. I also offer some on-line practices via Zoom.
